Nupedia Editors and Peer Reviewers

This is a list of Nupedia's current editors and peer reviewers -- many of them are distinguished scholars, as you can see.

"E" means "subject area editor" and "PR" means "peer reviewer."  A number of the people in understaffed categories presently designated as peer reviewers may in fact become editors when a quorum has been achieved in the category.  For definitions of the terms "subject area editor," "peer reviewer," and "steering committee," please consult the Nupedia Statement of Editorial Policy.
